Can PayPal determine take rate Options

Hi There, I live in CA and there are about 20 different tax rates in CA. Is there a way when somebody from CA places an order that the tax they pay will be based on their address/tax rate. I want to set up a shopping cart where people can make purchases but since there are so many different tax rates in CA how could this be acheived?

I'm not a tax attorney but I think online merchants normally pick just one tax rate, probably the one that applies in their geographical area.
