Decryption problem Options

I was put a Donation button on a web page. When clicked, it says: "There was a problem with the decryption of your secure order. Please contact your merchant." The code was cut and pasted from what Paypal sent. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Thanks D Wilson dwdesignweb.com
