Can I automate payment if I have a 1000 paypal user accounts I need to transfer payment to? Is the only way to make a payment to an account through a paypal gateway? Can I write a custom servlet(or TCP/IP client) which automatically pays out to a user I have stored in the sites db. The payment is not a chargeback, or refund.

I have developed wrapper APIs in Java to access PayPal Web services which is easy and straight forward to use. This come with all the classes needed including Axis and PayPal classes. Contact me if you are interested.
