e-Itemseller is a script written by me that installs on your server and comunicates with the paypal server no middle man. Payloadz is served using the Payloadz server I think I really have not looked into it.

Well truthfully the sample script does not do anything but check an IPN post to see if it is valid. You will have to write the code to have the post do what you need it to do.

You need to upload it to your server and make a lot of modifications. You will need to test to see if the payment was acctually made. Check a few other variables for security. Then write the parts to controll your download.
Also how do I get the code to email a product to my potential buyer once the transaction has been completed using IPN?
You write the function. Sendmail is most commonly used with perl scripts
