Am I correct in determining there is no current way to override sales tax for individual items when doing a cart upload to PayPal?
(cmd=_cart&upload=1)
Please put on the "wish list" to add an override
command like tax_1=0.00
ie.
item_name_1=item1&amount_1=9.95&shipping_1=1.23&tax_1=0.00 <-- new
