I am trying to add this last piece to my site. I may need to process many complex orders, but did not want to have to code a well thought out Java interface from scratch. I am surprised one is not already in existence for each of the main languages to help newcomers. I have not found a free one on the web either. I would think this would hinder PayPal business.
