My my paypal.pl scripts work fine creating the usernames/passwords in my .htpasswd file, the problem is when I cancel the account, or the user cancels the account, the usernames/passwords are not being deleted from the .htpasswd file. I'm not a programmer, so is there anyone that can tell me what I need to add to the paypal.pl script to accomplish this? The script is hosted on Apache server software.

So, a customer can subscribe, get the username/password, then cancel the account, and still be able to log in? Is there anyway to change this?
