I want the pay pal for a donation to open in a new window. How can I change to html to do that?

On the donation button, you should be able to change the "<form" line to include "target=_blank" and a new window should be opened. This option is not available on the shopping cart.

How do i get theis to work using frames and the form code is not in the main window? if i put target = "_blank" it will work in the main window but not a frame on the side.
