My client lets consumers select and pay for flower leis in advance of their arrival in Honolulu, but needs to know when they will arrive at the airport to greet them. Is there a way to put a message on the VIEW CART area to point them to a reservation form page?

You can use use on0/os0 fields to create an input that they can put arrival time.

There are 15+ fields needed to complete the reservation, so the optional fields which MUST be there need a form to be sure they've entered all the required fields.

You could use an IPN to e-mail them upon successful payment and tell them to send that info. Or, on the return page, you could have this form that they must fill out. You could state that this step is VERY important.

Thanks, Bryan. I would like to avoid IPN at the moment, but your other suggestion will probably work better to take them to a form for the additional info when they have finalized the PayPal payment.
