Prepopulating the payment page Options

We've created a membership form for a non-profit site. First, PHP uses the information gathered to send an email with that info to the foundation (eventually it will automatically populate a database). Then it sends them on to PayPal to make the payment by redirecting to http://www.paypal.com/subscriptions/etcetc. But it isn't prepopulating the address fields. PayPal will only prepopulate the fields if you provide the information necessary to do so. If you are providing subscriptions, see page 33-34 of the PayPal Subscriptions Manual at this link:

Note that for subscriptions the redirect_cmd will need to be _xclick-subscriptions.
