I'm from a country where the foolish economic Embargo from US is against it, so I can't access to PayPal at all.
I am planning to open an account and it's pretty important to me. Now that I can't verify it myself it's going to be done from my friend who resides in the US, he will fill out the forms with his real info and his credit card. The only thing that will belong to me is the Email address, then I will use that account to buy and sell products.

Now I'm wondering how would you help me to find out these questions?
1. If I use a different IP(for example a French IP) than the IP (the US IP) he registered the account with, will my account be suspended? Does PayPal let me access to the account from different IPs and different countries when my account is fully verified?
2. Can I open the Business account with my first name so my friend's name won't be displayed to other people that will send money to my PayPal account?
