paypal error code : 11457 Options

We recently see some transactions were rejected with the error code and reason : "The Reference ID refers to a transaction or order that is more than 365 days old".

however there is no details on this error code in the paypal api error code table.

anyone know more details on what is the cause of this error? which reference ID is it referring to that is older than 365 days old ?
