Hi All,

I have integrated paypal API with my website. But I was facing below issue.

[Error] :
10501
Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.


I searched for this error and i found below thing.

[Solution I found] : If you're working in the Live environment, you need to sign up for Website Payments Pro. Once PayPal approves you, log into your account and accept the billing agreement on the Overview page

But Website Payments Pro is charging $35. Is there any other way to make API work without doing payment?

Please help me to find out the other solution.
