The tranjaction id returned by paypal pro does not match with the tranjaction id in the sandbox test account email. How can I check which user pay the amount?Which is the common factor?

Please note that the buyer txn id and the seller txn id are not the same. You may be comparing the two incorrectly.
PayPal sends two different values for the buyer vs seller by design.

The best common id to use is the "custom" variable. It is publicly available to both the buyer and seller.
You can also use the payer_email value to identify a payer.

When we do invoicing, we use the "custom" value to pass in our local user id value. When we get payment confirmation later (via IPN), we request the "custom" value which we match to the payee.
