Update a table based on recurring payment ? Options

Hello Friends and PayPal experts,

Recently i've come up with the situation which was a challenging task. Since i am new to PayPal i need your help to solve the issue.

The issue is:

I have a membership module for a website. For every member, the subscription amount vary depending on their basic details. I have done that. The problem which i'm facing now is, i have to update a table in database based on every successful recurring payment.

Will the paypal execute my success url for every successful payment in recurring mode?

If not help me solve this issue!!!
