I have a few quesion.

I am doing research for opening an online store.

I want to open a store to sell some items. The sellers could post their items.
One a buyer buys something, the money goes to our company... an intermediary, then... once the buyer received that product, we
send the money to the seller.

My question is
1) how ever the buyer pays, regarding if its with a debit card, credit or paypal email, would I get charged 2.9% + 0.3$ of the price right?

2) for this type of business model. Paypal would charged me twice... once for the received payment (2.9% +0.3$) and second for sending that money to the seller?
how can I optimize this model to save the most?

3)if i pay the seller through paypal would i get charge again?

4)if they dont have a paypal and i have to deposit in their bank account.. they would charge me again for the fee?
