I hope you can help. I’m pretty desperate to get my paypal back up and running, and so can offer $20 paid into your paypal account if you suggest a solution that works.

When the user is taken to paypal checkout, he/she is not given the option of paying by card, but must create a paypal account first. This text is missing: "Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"

The following are the settings: Profile>website payment preference >paypal account optional is set to ‘on’. The prime email set correctly. Name on top of paypal checkout shows the prime email.

It used to work fine, until the website got hit with a virus and I had to relocate the website by changing servers. The website now works fine except for this problem mentioned.

extra edit: I've just tried to pay on other sites with paypal and it won't let me pay with paypal. I think it must be because I'm operating from Thailand.
