Hi,

I need to know one issue on my site. We are subscribing users on our site on monthly basis through paypal payment gateway. Subscribers are being charged monthly through recurring feature of paypal and all this is going fine on the site. Users payment status is updated on our site by Instant Payment Notification (IPN). We need to add one variable for reattempt recurring payments (<input type="hidden" name="sra" value="1">) in our paypal HTML form. Currently users on site expires means subscription is cancelled after one month if payment does not occur from user's paypal account. And therefore our site puts such user's status to Cancelled.

Our concerns is how we can keep updated the user status on our site in case of any user whose recurring attempt is going one. How we can track this user's payment process on paypal. Is there any way to handle such situation through IPN or any other way. Please suggest some solution of this issue. Any help will highly be appreciated.
