Hi Guys,

I sell software that require activation and till the software is deactivated it can used for forever. Hence, I do not want to provide customers an option to unsubscribe themselves and rather contact me/company so that we can through a format deactivation process when they want to unsubscribe.

So, can the customers unsubscribe to something from the Paypal website that they have subscribed to OR can I (seller) can control it?
