Payment Approval Required Options

I am looking to create a system where I MUST approve every payment before it is paid into my paypal account?

Is there anyway for me to ensure that every payment is essentially "held" until I manually approve?

Any help is much appreciated.

You would want to do an Auth and Capture, but the Auth is only good for 3 days, you can capture it up to 30 days but the funds may or may not be avail after 3 days as the bank will release it back to the buyers balance.

You would do the Auth and Capture with Website Payments Pro, not Website Payments Standard.
