Hello! I'm new to Paypal and I have this dilema:

I live in Europe (Romania) now but I have a US bank account that I created a while ago while on a trip. I wish to send money to this account using paypal. Can I use my Romanian VISA debit card to send money to my US account, and is this allowed ? If so, how should I proceed? Can I link both my Romanian debit card and my US bank account to my single Paypal account, and then send money to my own e-mail address?

If not, then is there any other way for me to transfer money to my US account except for wire transfer which costs too much? I don't have anyone who could pick up or deposit a check in the US for me, I must do it all from here.
