Integrate my UPS Discount with Paypal and Worldship Options

Location: manassas
UPS is offering me a discount of about 10% as I ship with them $100-$199 in shipping per week. How do I take Paypal payment for the merchandise and still realize the UPS discount. UPS is going to set me up with their Worldship program. What is the easiest way to facilitate this?

those are separated things. The UPS service is not related to paypal, you should use the UPS webservices to calculate your shipping price in your shopping cart, and after that you charge the total amount with the shipping to your clients.
