database insertion Options

My code seems to be working ok until I have to send info to my database using IPN. It just logs an error in my log file telling me there was an error. I am using the single purchase item, not subscription but the code I have used from EasyCFM just doesn't work

I pasted the code from #form.feildnames# post in an html page and am still generating an error. Does this mean the database insertion code is wrong or is there an error further up the chain of my code?
