Hi Folks, I have gotten my shipping labels to work with my 2844 printer. I had to set my shipping perferences to TLP 2844 4x6" to do so. However, when I go to print my packing ship for the corresponding order, the formatting is off. It's as if the packing slip is formatted as if it is a 4x6" label. Even after I change the Shipping Preferences back to LaserJet, I still get the same misformated packing slip. So I have 2 questions: 1) How do I fix this mis-formatting problem? 2) If I somehow fix this mis-formatting problem, is there a way to not have to switch configurations b/t TLP 2844 and Laser Printer?
