Hello there. I am new to paypal and i am having some problems. When i enter my credit card information i get a message saying this: 'Before you can add this credit card to another account, you must contact the PayPal Credit Card Team at cardproblems@paypal.com. A customer service representative will respond to your request shortly. If you would rather add a different credit card to your PayPal account, you may do so at any time. Thank you for your cooperation.'
So what is the problem? Btw i am using a visa prepaid card. Thanks in advance.

I had an odd account on paypal and have cancel the old one and had create a new one but the problem is that my card is denied to the old one please allow my card to connect with my new account tathheart@yahoo.co.uk my card ending with 3018 please as i having problem on ebay please useful for me thank in advance

hello sir if you have other pay pal account then you must remove your card detail first then add a card new account may be this is best way more information you must contact pay pal costumer care :) my problem it's different i can't add my debt card with pay pal,pay pal not support my debt card sbbjbank of india how to add if any person help me out thanks :)
