Claim payment without credit card? Options

I'm a 17 year old from Malaysia. I got this payment from a online survey company sent to my Paypal account. But to claim/accept that incoming payment, Paypal asks me to add a credit card to the account. I'm 17 years old and I don't have a credit card myself. Could I use my dad's? Or is it possible to just accept that payment without adding a credit card at all?
