openssl a problem Options

Hello, WE are on the shared hosting and php is configured without-ssl. I tried to compile php using ./configure and make but my attempts were failed. So can't use dl() function. Let me know if there is any other option available.

Can you change it in your php.ini file by uncommenting the lines pertinent to openssl? If you can, make the change and restart the httpd server
