I have tried to use the codes found in https://paypaltech.com/Stephen/pwpp/code/ . I changed all the necessary informations such as the api username and password. I have added all the API stuffs in the SandBox. But, somehow, it processed everything correctly, but SandBox PayPal account did not receive any order. Can anybody help me here?
