I own a travel agency and I have created a paypal button to sell my travel vouchers. On average 4 out 5 transaction end up in dispute resolution. Because I know my customers, I also know that there is no security issue in the disputed transactions. Yet, it seems that PayPal does not provide me a way to prevent the block on these transactions.
I am desperately looking for a solution because this recurring situation is clearly hurting my business.
Would it be better for me to use the API as opposed to the Paypal Standard button? Or should I simply look for another payment solution than PayPal?
Please advise.
