Hello Developers,

My name is Kishore writing from Chicago. I am working with a customer to develop an online e-commerce website where accepting and paying through Paypal payment integration is required.

We are emulating ebay.com in a way. For ex, User "A" posts an item for sale on the website for 10$, User "B" purchases the item for 10$. Payment should be made into the Paypal accounts of User "A" and the Site Paypal account.

In the above ex, 8$ should be paid to the seller and 2$ should be paid to the site as commission. All parties in the transaction will be paying and receiving the money via Paypal

I have a developer who has written code to get the above functionality done in PHP for us. It was working fine when we tried on Sandbox but when we pushed it to live, all the amount User A is paying is getting paid into the Site Paypal Account and the seller is not receiving any amount. As mentioned Sandbox testing worked fine but issue when we pushed it to live. This was developed in PHP.

Ps. The website is built in .NET with SQL Server as the Database. I am open to the solution being .NET or PHP or any other you may offer.
