Here's how to complete the steps necessary to have your limitation
reviewed:
1. Log in to your account at
www.paypal.com 2. Click on 'Resolution Center' near the top of the page.
3. In the 'Begin a limitation review' box, you will see a list of steps waiting for your response. Click 'Resolve' under the Action column beside each step.
When you have completed each step, your account will be reviewed and you will receive an email updating you on your account status. As soon as we have confirmed that you have regained access and secured your account we will remove the limitation.
Here is some more information about each of the steps you may be required to complete:
Proof of Address
We are asking you to provide us with a document which matches the address registered on your PayPal account. This confirms to us that you are the account holder. We will accept a utility bill e.g gas, electricity, water, landline telephone bill, council tax bill, bank statement or a credit card statement as a valid proof of address.
Please remember that your proof of address will only be accepted as valid if:
• The name and address match the details on your PayPal account exactly.
• The documents are no older than 6 months and have visible dates to confirm this.

'Upload file(s)' or 'Send by fax', depending on which method you'd like to use to send us your documents. If you choose to fax your documents, please ensure that you use a coversheet, which contains the email address registered on your account and the limitation case number PP-001-391-112-146.
