get buyer details from paypal Options

Hi,

Can I get a hold of buyer's details from PayPal, without asking him for them and passing them through?

I would like to create subscriptions with Website Payments Standard, but not ask the user for address, city etc - yet still get that info from PayPal for generating an invoice. Is that possible?

Both for users that have and dont have a PayPal account?
