Hello,

I have a question related to the Paypal Project. I was trying to install the version of Paypal with PHP code I receive some errors regardng the PEAR library.
Strict standards: Declaration of PayPal::raiseError() should be compatible with that of PEAR::raiseError() in ....paypal/PayPal.php on line 24

I search for this error and I found that is a problem in the PEAR library.
The following 3 token (API Username, API Passwort and API Signature ) are enough for the Paypal authentication ?

Can anyone provide me a stable version of Paypal project (in PHP or Java ) that works without errors?
