Hello everybody. I'm currently living in Guatemala. I'm interested in making some business, using paypal on the internet, but I have some doubts on the way I can receive the money that my consumers have paid.

The Withdraw option, mentions that I can have funds on a US bank account. My questions are ¿How can I create that bank acount from here? ¿Can I create it online? ¿How can I move that funds to my guatemalan bank account?
