I've just had a conversation with Paypal in which they told me that they were not able to offer Paypal Pro (Direct Payments) recurring billing on my account. They were not able to tell me why, and they would not tell me what I could do to qualify for recurring payments.
I am already running paypal pro and have several hundred monthly subscriptions coming in via Express Payments.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Could any possibly shed any light on why Paypal might deny customers recurring billing, and if there is anything we can do about it?
