Cart upload, send delivery or billing address Options

Hi,

I have made my own shopping cart, i collect all contact and delivery information on my site then upload this to paypal, as i collect the information i have been using address_override=1. The thing is which address do i need to send to paypal? Delivery or Billing i seem to think it should be delivery but if someone wants to enter there own card details should this not be the billing address sent otherwise the verification with the card issuer might fail?

You would want to send the billing address using the pre-population variables found at the below link:
