Internal server error on https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr Options

Hello.

I wanted to do some IPN tests so I switched the payment url from
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr
TO
https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr


Without doing any other changes, I get "Internal server error" when I use the sandbox URL.
Is sandbox having some issues recently? Somebody mentioned some changes in the sandbox URL, any ideas?

Works like that, but if you change to "sandbox.paypal.com" it says "Server error".

Is it an issue on their end or I am doing something wrong ?
