Ok, I have a stupid questions.

I'm trying to do a an authorization (.NET SOAP) and Paypal wants a Paypal Transaction ID?

WHere does this come from? I'm just trying to do an authorize, where and it asks for a Trans ID. Shouldn't paypal generate a Trans ID, instead of asking for one?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I can't find any explanation for this.
