I have a website using Website Payment Pro from June 2006, PayPal_base.dll .net1.1.
I recently tried running this website on Win 2008 Server 64bit.

This failed saying PayPal_base's Strong Name could not be verified. In other words this dll will not run within WOW64 (32bit compatibility environment).

Microsoft's answer is you must move to a new version of PayPal supporting .net2.0.
My question is:
Is the new version of Website Payment Pro's PayPal_base.ddl .net1.1 know as Playflow .net2.0 and are the DoDirect APis identical.
