Paypal Express Checkout second order? Options

Hi,
I have configured the paypal express checkout and if customer take an first order using the express checkout .then if he suddenly takes another order .why do they need to login again and do the same steps again.
Is it possible to write a code simplify the process for the second time?

I simply need to do one step purchase for customer.So i need this from the paypal.

Not really sure what you mean, is this some type of an Upsell after the order? If your user goes through and adds something to a cart then pays for it with Express Checkout. then goes back to your site to go through adding another item to their cart, they will have to log in again as they have to confirm the payment once they login and see the details.
