If customer DOESN'T calculate shipping before sign-in then WRONG shipping Options

Hello,

I'm using profile based shipping calculator.....
I seemed to of encountered a problem:
If a customer DOESN'T calculate shipping before signing in then after sign-in he/she is presented with the WRONG shipping
In my case it defaults to the first price in my domestic shipping table.

Anyone know of this?

Once the buyer logs in they would see a drop down based on their location of their chosen shipping address, and if you had multiple profiles
