Express Checkout Options

We're trying to have PayPal Express Checkout payment for a shopping cart (for a live website).

Once the Authorization is completed, we are able to retrieve the Shipping information GetExpressCheckout from the Buyer account (we've successfully tested this on sandbox).

However, is there any 'billing information' that we can get through the API? The owner of the website insists there might be cases where the billing and shipping information are different. Thanks for any tip.

Part of the security feature of PayPal is the fact that the buyer does not need to provide any billing information with the merchant. You will not be able to get the billing information from the buyer from PayPal. The merchant would want to ship to the shipping address anyway. You can call PayPal but I think the API's to retrieve the billing info are restricted. He may have to apply for them.
