return Shipping & Handling rate in PayPal API Options

Hi, I'm currently using GetTransactionDetails to get all the information regarding a particular transaction, however it doesn't return information on Shipping & Handling rates. I was wondering if anyone was aware of a call that would do this, apart from using IPN.

Are you passing the SHIPTO values in the request? is this for ExpressCheckout or Direct Payment? or are you just trying to get the details at a later time?
