I have a straight forward single button purchase application. It functions properly all the way through the purchase. I am having an issue with attempting to have PayPal open a window with IE. I am attempting to go to Paypal from a Facebook application. It works in all cases except when the window going to Paypal is an iFrame window on Facebook. When this is the case, FireFox, Safari and Chrome all work as desired. IE however, gives an error that says "Sorry Your last action could not be completed". The code is identical in all cases. The results are different.

I have read that Paypal cannot be accessed from an iFrame, however three of the four browsers successfully accomplish this. I need to understand the conditions so, if at all possible, I can get IE to perform the same as the other browsers.

Any help is definitely appreciated. If required, will pay consulting fee for solution that gets me to the Firefox solution with all browsers.
