I have some non tangable items like downloadable software which I do not want to charge shipping on. I have the bottom button checked in shipping prefrences and using flat rate. When I go to make my single item button it does not give me any choices to reflect shipping (in this case would be 0. I've been through the manual and it mentions it but can't find it? Thanks

Now, I'm not excatly sure of exact names and such, but I'm sure other peeps can fill it in later if you need the help.
Log into your PayPal Acount.
-Profile
-Shipping prefrences
-find a check box to allow for over riding the set shipping
-save
On your items, you need a field
<input type="hidden" name="shipping" value="0">
There ya go, I think you can figure it out from that.
