IPN sample does not work for me either Options

Someone please help me. I've wasted so many hours on this tonight and I am getting no where. I've done everything as PayPal said using examples directly from the site. I have all the mods right and ran tests against those 3rd party IPN checks and I get the same kind of error everyone else is getting. Then a created a test personal account and did test purchases of .01 and still nothing. I can not get the friggin' thing to work for life of me. I HAVE SEEN LOTS OF ERROR REQUESTS THAT SHOULD NOT BE SO...
ARE U BEING CONSISTENT?
THAT IS...
IS THE TEST FORM SUBMIT YOU RUN ON YOUR SCRIPT SIMULATING THE CODE FOR SSL AND BETWEEN 2 SSL URLS or VICE VERSA?

they have a new script w/o 'evaluate' - only a few lines of your code showed. Did u try the byte4byte routine?
