Another person here just asked about creating a donation button in VB. And I wanna do the same thing in Delphi for a freeware program.
But I just want to back up a minute and ask, if anyone knows, is this allowed under Paypal terms, to put this URL directly into your source code?
Seems like it would be, I just want to be sure.

I don't really understand the question but you can pretty much put PayPal buttons and links anywhere you want. Patrick Breitenbach PayPal, Inc. Dev Net: https://www.paypal.com/pdn

I think you answered my question, and it is more a policy question than a technical one. I'm making a freestanding windows application in Delphi. It's freeware, but I want to put a Donations button within the Help/About menu that will launch the user's default browser and link to Paypal. So because the URL would be coded into the .EXE, I just wanted to make sure that wasn't a violation of any policies on the use of that URL code. From what you've said, it sounds like it would be fine..
Anyway... :) Thanks for your help!!
