I'm not using IPN...rather just having PP post to my return page PHP script via rm=2.
I was thinking of checking the ['txn_id'] variable so they can't shortcut directly to the return page...but there may be a real txn_id error and just saying "ACCESS DENIED" because the txn_id's don't match wouldn't make much sense then...Suggestions? Thanks
PS - I had this all setup last year but lost all my codes.

Heh heh...I remember reading that old thing about 2 years ago...It still doesn't fill my bill. Oh well...
Anyone know the php code to check if the posting is "VERIFIED"? Should be something like: if ("VERIFIED" == "VERIFIED") //returns true/do something Thanks

I thought maybe I could check via PP posting to my site rather than checking PP...

The only way to be certain is to use IPN.
