I have installed the ASP scripts from superfreaker.com for the Building a content subscription system using the Paypal IPN. When I run the register.asp I get the following error message.
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified
/register.asp, line 113
This is running on Win. NT 4.0 with service pack 6. Searching the web I found articles that stated the permissions were not set correctly. I have checked and reset permissions and the same error message.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Hi resd, Does this script come with a database by any chance? It sounds like you need to set the path to this database, what is called the "connection string" to get things off and running. Are there instructions that come with the script of maybe a config.asp or setup.asp file where you need to fill in this info ? All the best Vince http://www.ecommercetemplates.com
