Quick question ... Is the Handling variable per item or per order? Ie once regardless of number of items being purchased, or per item? Thanks in advance ... mmrazek@telus.net

It's per SKU (i.e., once). I'd suggest sticking with shipping and shipping2.

so to paraphrase ...

If a customer orders 3 different items, they would only be charged HANDLING once for the entire order, or would they be charged the HANDLING charge specified for each individual item?

semi-confused ....

If the three items result in three rows in the PayPal shopping cart, then handling would apply three times. If only one row is created with a quantity of 3, handling would be applied once.

Since this is virtually the same as using shipping and shipping 2, I'd suggest just using shipping and shipping2.
